Martin is thrilled to add a fourth Mozart role to his repertoire and to make his debut as Tamino in a staging by Francois De Carpentries and Karine Van Hercke at Landesthetaer Linz, accompanied by Bruckner Orchester Linz conducted by Jinie Ka.
Tamino is one of Mozart’s defining lyric tenor roles and represents an important milestone in Martin Enger Holm’s artistic development. Following performances in La finta giardiniera, Così fan tutte and Die Entführung aus dem Serail, this production marks his fourth major Mozart role. The new staging at Landestheater Linz continues Martin’s collaboration with the company while expanding his repertoire with one of opera’s most celebrated protagonists.
